If you're managing your own Exchange Server, our proprietary transport agent software can be employed to activate your HTML email signatures for messages sent from smartphones and tablet computers.

How it Works:  The text phrase, "Signature-Substitution-Here" is set up as the default email signature on the phone.  As the email message enters the Exchange Server, our transport agent reads the sender's email address, then locates the correct HTML email signature, and replaces the default text string with the complete HTML within the body of the email.
