• Production Option 2 - Data Driven Bulk Production:  If the intent is to roll out email signatures/business cards to a predetermined group of employees we can do a bulk production run based on employee data you provide to us as an Excel spreadsheet.  Each signature/business card will be generated automatically and either emailed directly to the employee for installation, or posted to a web-page for installation by your PC support staff.

• Real-Time Graphics Generation:  Regardless of which production option is used, our finely tuned online graphical rendering engine will overlay user specific information (name, title, address, phone, etc.) onto a custom designed base-template graphic.  The output (generated on-the-fly) is a fully formatted user-specific email "signature" or "business card" image, that we (or our clients) host for serving into email messages as part of an Outlook HTML signature file.

• Immediate Online Delivery:  We conclude the process with the online delivery of a finished HTML file that is specific to each end-user.  This is accompanied by very easy to follow instructions for setting the HTML file up as an Outlook "email signature."
