• Direct End-User Ordering:  Individual employees can "order" their signature/business card directly via a fully customized online ordering interface that streamlines this process while enabling us to layer in a host of custom features specific to your program.  Click to view screenshots of this online ordering process.

Note: In most cases the direct end-user ordering will be used for new-hires (after the initial large-volume batch production run) and for changes to existing signatures.

• Initial Batch Production:  If the intent is to roll out email signatures/business cards to a predetermined group of employees we can do a bulk production run based on employee data you provide to us as an Excel spreadsheet.  Each signature/business card will be generated automatically and either emailed directly to the employee for installation, or posted to a web-page for installation by your PC support staff.

• Real-Time Graphics Generation:  Regardless of which production option is used, our finely tuned online graphical rendering engine will overlay user specific information (name, title, address, phone, etc.) onto a custom designed base-template graphic.  The output (generated on-the-fly) is a fully formatted user-specific email "signature" or "business card" image, that we host for serving into email messages as part of an Outlook HTML signature file.

• Immediate Online Delivery:  We conclude the process with the online delivery of a finished HTML file that is specific to each end-user.  This is accompanied by very easy to follow instructions for setting the HTML file up as an Outlook "email signature."
