Signature-within-a-Signature:  During the process of installing our email signature or business cards into Outlook, end-users will have the opportunity to further customize their "signature" by adding their own complementary closing.  This makes their day-to-day use of email more efficient as they will not need to type this in every time.  (They can easily overwrite this for any particular email on-the-fly, changing "Charles" to "Charlie" for example.)
