enter their own user-specific contact information, selecting which information they want to include/exclude from their business card by utilizing checkboxes. The graphical output of the business card is instantly available for them to preview. They can also test all of the embedded hyperlinks during this preview process. The order in which contact information on the final three rows (and two columns) of the card appear can be manipulated on-the-fly by using intuitive pull-down menus. Note: In the rare case that the employee cannot create the output that they desire for some reason, they can click a link that submits their project to us for manual completion. During this process they are prompted to explain briefly to us what difficulty they are having. They are advised that their finished card will be delivered by email within a few days. (We receive their project at this point and complete it for them, either by utilizing our automated system on their behalf, or resorting to a manual graphical design process to accommodate specific problems such as an exceptionally long name, title, or email address.) Once the business card has been created to the employee's liking, they click the DONE button. They are immediately presented with a page that enables them to print the appropriate set of instructions (for installation into Outlook). This page also contains a link to their finished HTML code (to utilize as an Outlook "signature"). As a convenience, the links to the instructions and to the employee-specific HTML code are also emailed to the employee as soon as they click the DONE button. |
