STUDY: APPROACH
Approach:
To best meet CBIZ's needs, we created a database driven program powered
by the business unit specific data contained in two Excel
spreadsheets. These spreadsheets are maintained by CBIZ (for
accuracy)

and are uploaded (by
us) into our database as needed to keep
the program current. The spreadsheets contain the following fields
of data for each business unit:

business
unit display name (for a drop-down menu in the order form allowing
an employee to easily find their correct business unit)

URL
for the business unit specific website
-
business
unit name to "print" on the card's first line
-
continuation
of the business unit name to "print" on line two of the
card (when necessary)
-
code
indicating which of the 10 background images to use
-
mailing
address line 1
-
mailing
address line 2
-
URL
to a Google map of the business unit's location
-
general
ledger number for the business unit
-
existence
or non-existence of an optional DBA name for the business unit
(business unit's with DBA's formed the basis of the second Excel spreadsheet)
